Quotable Quote

" I bend to sweep crumbs and I bend to wipe vomit and I bend to pick up
little ones and wipe away tears... And at the end of these days I bend next to
the bed and I ask only that I could bend more, bend lower. Because I serve a
Savior who came to be a servant. He lived bent low. And bent down here is where I see His face. And people say, “Don’t you get tired?” and yes, I do. But I’m face to face with Jesus in the dirt, and the more I bend the harder and better and fuller this life gets. And sure, we are tired, but oh we are happy. Because bent down low is where we find fullness
of Joy.” ― Katie J.Davis

Young Living Lavender 5k On July 11th

Yes, you read that right. I am STILL STILL STILL doing 5k's. Is this sad? I think so! When will I be more consistent and move on to 10ks or more? I utterly refuse to admit my time on it because it was more than last time. That is what happens when you take a 9 month hiatus. We got to run through the lavender fields, which was very beautiful considering my fav. color is lavender. I have been doing much better getting out in the morning and running (did I say running---I meant jogging---slowly), so I must say I am proud about that, but still disappointed in my lack of commitment and will power.

don't worry about your time atleast you finished. lol I was so worried I wouldn't be able to finish that I pushed myself so hard. And then the next day I couldn't walk then I got sick too. But it was all worth it. It was good to see you there!

I am so proud of you. That would
take a lot of commitment and willpower to jog or run as much
as you do.

Michelle Eschler and I are thinking about walking the Love Your Body 5K. I wish I could run it, but 9 months pregnant maybe not run. We would love for you to join us. It's August 22nd. We haven't signed up just yet. I need to make sure my doc is okay with this. I will be induced 1 or 2 weeks after the race. :)

Go you! A 5k is awesome, and the three adorable kiddos you have keep you running at least 5k a day anyway I'm sure! Babysteps dude. At least you're out there doing something! I couldn't even do a 1k. I'm proud of ya, and running through those pretty purple fields would definitely be a great reward.

See? Now whenever anyone asks you your time, tell them you took it slow to enjoy the lavender.
