Quotable Quote

" I bend to sweep crumbs and I bend to wipe vomit and I bend to pick up
little ones and wipe away tears... And at the end of these days I bend next to
the bed and I ask only that I could bend more, bend lower. Because I serve a
Savior who came to be a servant. He lived bent low. And bent down here is where I see His face. And people say, “Don’t you get tired?” and yes, I do. But I’m face to face with Jesus in the dirt, and the more I bend the harder and better and fuller this life gets. And sure, we are tired, but oh we are happy. Because bent down low is where we find fullness
of Joy.” ― Katie J.Davis

Seaside, Oregon Part 2

Awe seeing these pictures makes me heart sick for another adventure in Seaside. The water is COLD that far North but we had a fabulous time playing on the beach and had our first beach fire in the evening. Christa (my Uncle Ken's daughter) came out with her kids one day and brought all the fixings for a BBQ on the beach. We also went to Astoria which is the cutest beach town right next to the Columbia River. These memories are such a treasure!

I had the girls write their own signs. "I'm funny, I'm beautiful, I'm pretty"

Gorgeous flowers everywhere in Seaside.

Cousins Haylee and Kayla! Cuties!

My mom is 73 years YOUNG!

Beautiful Astoria Column in Astoria, Oregon. It had a
spiral staircase inside and we hoofed it to the top.

Up at the top waving to Grandma and Vic.

Stopped here for a donut and a rest. Downtown Astoria

Aunt Vic bought the girls these matching outfits! Too cute!

Gracie with cousin Megan (Christa's daughter)
